Haiti is a place where we would all agree has been lagging behind and in fact is last in all of the categories of health outcomes when compared to nations in it’ s atmosphere. DUFH makes the notion that the only way to address this healthcare crisis is through empowering the natives while we provide innovative means and strategies to saving Haiti’s healthcare. No Haitian should be left behind, and that includes the Haitian government.  DUFH’s academic model will do just that with its humanitarians that exchange knowledge with Haitian healthcare professionals in Haiti while they provide continuous aide. Please read the RAND report and contribute to our ongoing discussion on this topic.

Saving Haiti is not a race, but a commitment to pass the torch to those that come after you.
